How it Works

- Call or email in advance to confirm availability, select your session length, send payment
via PayPal or mail and watch for a follow-up email or phone call to schedule or confirm
your reading date and time. - At the exact time of your reading, please call Stephanie at the private phone number
included in your confirmation email (toll charges apply). Please note, Stephanie WILL
NOT call you. If do not call within 15 minutes of your scheduled reading time, it is
considered a "no-show" and will need to be rescheduled. - Call from a land line instead of a cell phone. Dropped calls will shorten your reading time.
- Unless guided by Stephanie to provide specific information, please just acknowledge
questions with a yes or no answer. - Breathe, relax and enjoy!
Group Phone Readings

your reading date and time. - Within 5 minutes of your scheduled reading start time, please have all participants call the
conference phone number included in your confirmation email and enter the passcode (toll

Session Recording
- At this time, Stephanie does not offer a recording of your session. You are more than
welcome to record the session if you choose. Relatively inexpensive digital voice recorders
are available from such places as Radio Shack and Amazon.com should you choose to
invest. - If no recording device is available, be sure to have a reliable pen and several sheets of paper
available to jot down notes. These notes will prove an invaluable tool to refer back to for
long after the session.
Email Readings/ ANGEL WRITINGS
- Call or email in advance to confirm availability, select your session length, send payment
via PayPal or mail and watch for a follow-up email or call to schedule or confirm your
reading date. - Email readings/ANGEL WRITINGS involve answering a set of questions that have been
sent to Stephanie at least one day in advance of your scheduled date. - Please send an email entitled "QUESTIONS FOR MY READING" and include the
appropriate number of questions for your selected reading length (see below). - On the day of your reading, Stephanie will respond via email with the guidance she
receives from the Angels in a "higher writing" known as an "ANGEL WRITING ,in
response to your questions. Please note, the guidance will come via email only, instant
messaging is not used. - Follow-up clarification questions are acceptable provided they are received within the first
two weeks following your reading. - Confidentiality is of utmost importance!We will not rent or sell your contact information
and will only respond to one email address. If you choose to forward to your friends and
family beyond that, it is your choice.

you, your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. - Within 24 hours of your session healing date, Stephanie will follow-up with an email to
share any messages or impressions received while sending the OM.

- Stephanie is not a medical doctor or psychologist. She does not diagnose health problems.
If you have mental or physical health concerns, contact a licensed professional. - We are not infallible, nor do we claim to have a 100% healing success rate. Only God is
infallible. - You have God-given free will and can change the outcome of your reading.
- The OM that Stephanie sends can assist with your health in a reading and will recommend
a health professional if needed.
Payments
- Payment is accepted via PayPal, check or money order. For PayPal payments, click on the
"Buy Now" button adjacent to your selected reading length on the Services page. For
checks or money orders, please mail them to:
- All payments must be received in advance of your reading/session and no later than 7 days
after you schedule your session. Payments not received within 7 days of scheduling will
result in a rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
Preparation for your reading
- Many ask if there is anything they can do in advance of a reading to assist in the process.
The best advice is to simply try and relax at least 15 minutes prior to your reading. This
will enable you to best comprehend your individual messages and make it more of an
enjoyable experience for all.
Cancellations
- Please respect our time as we respect yours. We request at least a 24 hour cancellation
notice whenever possible. - Cancellations for without adequate notice may be subject to cancellation fees of up to the
full price of the reading.

- Sessions with Stephanie are NOT for entertainment purposes only. She takes her work
very seriously and will therefore not participate in unethical requests including cheating
